Reiki is a simple, non-invasive relaxation technique which releases stagnant or blocked energy and activates the body’s own natural healing response.

It works by channeling universal life force energy through the practitioner's hands to the recipient, promoting relaxation and holistic healing. During a Reiki session, the recipient lies fully clothed on a treatment table, while the practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above the body. The energy flows to where it is needed most, addressing physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual imbalances. Crystal placements from the Higher Crown to the Earth Star chakra also serve to enhance the treatment.

Beyond this, Reiki helps us reconnect with our core power and inner wisdom, inviting us to journey within and discover deeper meaning and purpose in our lives.

Sound Healing & Vibrational Therapy

Vibrational Sound Therapy includes the use of tuning forks and crystal singing bowls, which utilize precise frequencies to induce deep relaxation and facilitate healing on a cellular level. The therapy works by entraining the body's natural frequencies, promoting alignment and balance within the energetic system.

As the tuning forks are applied to specific points on the body or around the energy field, they create harmonic resonance, dissolving energetic blockages and promoting the flow of vital energy. This process not only induces a profound state of relaxation but also stimulates the body's innate healing mechanisms. By harmonizing the body's vibrational frequencies, Vibrational Therapy with tuning forks offers a holistic approach to wellness, addressing both physical and energetic imbalances.

Chakra Cleansing & Recharging

Clearing and cleansing the chakras with crystals is a powerful way to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual health. In essence, the goal is to align the entirety of one’s spine, from the base to the crown of the head, to enable energy (chi/ki) to flow properly. Certain crystals have the ability to cleanse and restore to optimal function the 7 major chakras, while also aligning them with the Earth Star chakra and the Higher Crown chakra. This deeply impactful type of healing can produce sensations of heat, tingling, pulsing, or other somatic, and other awarenesses of a somatic and/or emotional nature. It is a unique form of energy work, distinct from any of my other offerings. The way I offer this modality is through combining it with the healing benefits of tuning fork vibrational therapy.

Women's Circle gatherings are sacred spaces where women come together to connect, support, and empower one another on their spiritual journey. Facilitated with intention and love, these gatherings offer a nurturing environment for women to share, heal, and grow in community.

Crystal Body Grids

Immerse yourself in a Crystal Body Grid for Chakra Cleansing, sometimes referred to as a Crystal Body Layout. After an initial discussion and grounding practice, Higher Self intuition is allowed to reveal which body grid would be most propitious for our work together. And because I have the honor of being a Reiki Master, the crystals will be infused with Reiki (“spiritual life force energy”), thereby enhancing the potency of the crystals. Auric cleansing and/or the Vibrational healing with tuning forks may also be included.
